Contract PPE (Blanket Order Fulfillment)
A major pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Hauppauge Industrial Area of Long Island partnered with Alial, LLC to provide their PPE products on an annual contract basis. Gloves, bouffants (hairnets), dust masks, ear plugs etc are stored in our local warehouses with quick and easy access. This allows the customer to free up warehouse space for more value-added purposes. Order fulfillment can be conveniently scheduled or released as needed. Customers are able to lock into a price giving them more control over budgets.
Product Search
The cotton commodity market has been volatile in recent years. A particular customer was struggling with skyrocketing prices on cotton liner gloves (inspection gloves). They reached out to Alial, LLC who rose to the challenge and was able to partner with a small, niche glove manufacturer to provide a cost saving and stably priced product.
Special Product Development
A major Softgel manufacturing company required assistance in their drying operations. Removal of oil after the encapsulation process is a key prerequisite to the subsequent curing phase. Alial worked with the customer to understand the driving parameters and developed a specific Microfiber towel with superior oil and moisture removal properties. The product is available in various gsm weights and sizes to match customer specific needs.
